You’ve probably heard of these proverbs in your daily life.

Have you ever considered the deeper significance of these words?
If not, I will simplify for you…
First, I’d want to ask you a question – Have you ever had any strange or mysterious aches and pains in your body for an extended length of time?
I’ve been researching where individuals keep their unpleasant emotions for years. Not all physical ailments and diseases are psychological. However, when I observed people’s physical reactions to stress, anxiety or pain, I saw several recurrent patterns.
Did you know that our bodies keep track of our emotions, whether they are positive or negative?
Yes, our bodies stores EMOTIONS!!
To maintain some appearance of control, we either deny ourselves our genuine feelings or repress them in order to deal with the circumstance at hand. However, this is not a healthy practice since stress accumulates in our bodies and manifests itself as strange aches and pains.
As you go through the list, ask yourself whether any of the symptoms seem familiar.
